ABOUT US

Little Lambs Baby Time is a Limited Company registered in 2023 and owned and created by Naomi Lamy. It is a baby and toddler sensory and messy play class for children 0-5 years. These are the terms and conditions of our business. Please read them carefully, and by attending our sessions you agree to them. If you need to contact us, please email littlelambsbabytime@gmail.com or call 07849193600.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Parents and guardians are always responsible for their children. Children must be actively supervised at all times, including before, during, after and at the venue of the Little Lambs sessions. Little Lambs Baby Time will not be liable to you for any loss, damage or injury suffered by you or a child for whom you are responsible, either directly or indirectly, at our venues, and as a consequence of you not following our instructions during the provision of our classes or services. Parents and guardians take full responsibility for their child’s safety and behaviour.  Due to the nature of our venues children and adult must wear shoes or go bare foot.

In the event of an accident, Naomi Lamy is a qualified first aider and can provide first aid if required. Parents and guardians will be required to fill out an accident form.

Children must be accompanied by an 18-year-old adult who takes full responsibility. There is a maximum of 1:3 (one adult to 3 children, and only one can be under a year).

ALLERGIES AND MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Little Lambs Baby Time runs messy play sessions that sometimes contains food items which may trigger an allergy or intolerance. Parents must verbally inform the class leader of medical conditions or allergies, including intolerances. Parents must fill out the medical form if the child has a medical condition or allergy. Little Lambs take no responsibility if parents fail to disclose a condition.

Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding whether their child can actively play in the messy play; it is not the responsibility of Little Lambs Baby Time to supervise children in the messy play. When a parent has been informed about the activities, no refund will be given if they decide to leave the session partway through. If they go before the session, they will not be charged.

SPILLAGES

Please report any spillages to a class leader ASAP to be cleaned up.

FOOD AND DRINK

Other than babies needing milk, we respectfully ask that food and drink not be consumed near our areas. Food or drink should be kept from the messy play areas.

We are not liable for your personal property. Please note that your property and belongings which you or your child bring to a Little Lambs Baby Time session are your responsibility. We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to such property.

CANCELLING CLASSES AND REFUNDS

We understand that there may be many valid reasons for you to cancel. However, the nature of our sessions means there are limited spaces. If you cancel your class place without a good cause, we reserve the right not to accept further bookings from you. We may not take further orders where you have previously committed a material breach or repeated breaches of our terms.

If we have to cancel a session, full refunds will be given. If parents do not attend a session or cancel with less than 24 hours notice and they have prepaid, no refund will be issued. When a parent has been informed about the activities, no refund will be given if they decide to leave the session partway through. If they go before the session, they will not be charged.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Parents are welcome to take photos and videos of their child throughout our classes. If they wish to share these on social media, they must ensure they have only captured their child and children they have permission for.

However, this is at the sole discretion of the class leader, who may withdraw this right at any time when a parent is acting unreasonably (for example, preventing or delaying us from providing the session, taking excessive amounts of photos, videoing whole segments of our classes, or taking pictures or videos of other children without their parent’s permission).

Little Lambs Baby Time will ask permission before taking photos and sharing these on our social media page. There are forms with the relevant section for social media and images for parents to sign at every session.

RISK ASSESSMENTS

Little Lambs Baby Time always does a risk assessment of the building and surrounding area. We make every effort to ensure our venues are safe and secure. Parents and guardians are always responsible for their children. Children must be actively supervised at all times, including before, during, after and at the venue of the Little Lambs sessions.
